It offers a wide range of products such as airline amenity kits, cosmetics, and toiletries. Comfort items like sleepwear and bedding, as well as children’s items like toys and games, are also available. To help its partner airlines enhance their brands and customer experience, FORMIA also produces promotional products.

On top of being the leader in the amenities sector, FORMIA also aims to become a net-zero carbon company by 2030 and is now offering net-zero carbon amenity kits.

The company’s concepts have continued to closely mirror each of their brand partners’ DNA, while complementing the ethos of airline customers through customised creations designed to meet the ever-changing needs and demands of passengers and heighten the overall experience.

In 2010, FORMIA and the luxury luggage brand RIMOWA launched an iconic miniature suitcase concept as an amenity kit for Thai Airways. The unique kits took the form of miniature hard cases, bringing an exclusive and luxurious concept onboard for passengers. FORMIA introduced a range of new amenity kits for Thai Airways’ First Class in collaboration with RIMOWA at the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in 2012. This special kit paved the way for FORMIA to build new partnerships, which eventually led to the decision to revamp the collection of colours in 2015. The company has also worked with well-known luggage brands such as Porsche, Globe-Trotter, Samsonite, and BRIC’s.

WTCE served as a platform for FORMIA to meet global airline customers and industry colleagues and demonstrate its line of innovations. FORMIA is one of the companies that have been exhibiting at WTCE since 2012.
