On the journey to a more sustainable passenger experience

The aviation industry is on a journey towards a more sustainable future across all elements of the passenger experience. WTCE has launched this new feature to celebrate the many steps being taken by suppliers and airlines to reach their net zero goals.

Follow the trail, visit the dedicated show floor feature and attend the Taste of Travel Theatre to discover accomplishments, trends and innovations that are leading the way in environmentally conscious materials, production, manufacturing and operations.

Steps to Sustainability Trail

Our Ambassador for Sustainability, Matt Crane, has curated a trail of 20+ suppliers he’s excited to meet at WTCE this year.

With products ranging from tableware and amenities to food and drink, the companies have been selected due to their sustainable company practices or environmentally conscious materials.

Steps to Sustainability Feature Area

A select number of sustainable exhibitor products will be featured in this showcase area.

Get up close and find out more about the products leading the way for 2024, from companies including Sustainaholics, Hello Straw, Onyx Plate and Ly Company Italia Srl.

The Taste of Travel Theatre provides a dedicated area at WTCE to discuss the onboard sustainability trends of tomorrow and beyond.

This year’s sessions will include topics such as:
