As an exhibitor, you will have a Smart Reader on your booth and access to the Konduko Stand App, which allows your sales team to scan badges, complete pre-defined qualifiers, and take notes.
Become SMART in 5 steps:
- Activate your account on the Konduko platform using the credentials sent by email.
- Log in to the Konduko Cloud and begin uploading your company information and products.
- Collect your Reader from the Konduko booth on the show floor and place it on your stand.
- After the final show day, please bring back the Reader to the Konduko booth.
- Your leads will be available in your Konduko account under the Leads menu.

It is a wireless sensor that will allow you to collect visitor information by a simple touch.
It should be easy for visitors to access, very visible, neither too high nor too low, next to the product(s) you are promoting at the show. Readers must be left on the booth at all times, don’t lock it away overnight!
Available for iOS and Android, this companion app allows you to capture and qualify leads from your smartphone. You can add individual notes for each conversation you have with a new contact. Simply scan a badge, retrieve contact data, add comments, and save.
Activate the app with the Activation key displayed in your Konduko account, under the StandApps menu. Make sure you activate your StandApp on the device you will be using to scan visitor badges during the show.
You can access all your contacts’ details at any time during and after the show in your Konduko account under, the Leads menu. You can export your report as Excel or CSV.
Yes, the Konduko StandApp also works ‘offline’, so that even if you do not have data coverage (WiFi or 3G/4G) when scanning a visitor’s smart badge, their contact details are still saved on your smartphone, and will be synced as soon as you are back in data coverage range.
Konduko badge readers are rented and remain the property of Konduko SA. Please return your reader on the last show day to get access to all your leads.
You should have received an email on May 19th with your login details and a URL to activate your account. If you haven’t received your account activation email, you can request your login details directly on the Konduko platform by clicking on “Need a Konduko login account”.
You will be able to fill out a profile page including a 1500 characters description of your products and services, a URL link. You can also upload 3 images and 3 documents (video files, PDF files…) of 5MB each.
You can collect your reader from the Konduko Support Desk (Central Entrance Registration Area) at the following times:
12th June – 12pm - 6pm
13th June – 8:00am - 6pm
14th June – 7:00am - 6pm
15th June – 7:30am - 6pm
16th June – 7:30am - 7pm
