With over 25 years in aviation, Louise leads the inflight experience strategy at Riyadh Air. Her career spans multiple touchpoints — from cabin crew and service delivery to inflight catering, product design and aircraft entry into service — including senior roles at Air New Zealand. Louise brings deep expertise across both hard and soft inflight products.

Tobias Ögren

Head of Inflight Product & Catering — Sunclass Airlines

Tobias has spent 15 years with Sunclass Airlines, where he heads the Inflight Product & Catering team within the Commercial division. Starting his career as a tour guide, he’s worked across crew planning, product development and customer experience. Today, Tobias drives ancillary revenue initiatives and innovation across Sunclass’s onboard services.

Samson Arega

Group Vice President Customer Experience — Ethiopian Airlines

In his role, Arega leads the transformation of one of the world’s fastest-growing airlines, championing service excellence and customer loyalty across global markets. He has built a career defined by results — from his early days in marketing to senior roles in Kuwait, Canada, and the USA, where he delivered more than $550M in annual revenue. Beyond the airline, Arega helps shape the future of aviation as a Board Member of Zambia Airways and part of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Simone Walli

Catering Manager, Culinary Art & F&B Onboard Concepts — Austrian Airlines

With over 20 years at Austrian Airlines, Simone brings a deep passion for culinary innovation and onboard dining. Starting her career as a flight attendant, she now leads the development of F&B concepts and catering experiences. Born in St. Johann im Pongau, Salzburg, Simone is always exploring fresh ideas and new products to elevate the inflight experience.
