Patrik Lexa, 22, a member of the Junior National Team of the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic. In the past, he worked for example in the prestigious Prague restaurant Aureole, under the direction of the chef Jiří Král. Some of his greatest achievements are two silver medals at the Czech Culinary Championship and second place in the Young Chef Culinary Art Competition. Patrik loves French and Asian cuisine.
