Marc is an experienced caterer, restaurateur and food manufacturer with a successful history of working in the restaurant, hotel, concession and travel sector areas of the catering and hospitality industry. Marc previously owned Couture a national concession caterer for the Arts, TV, Media and film sector in the UK he was also Culinary Director for Alpha LSG Sky Chefs. Marc is coeliac and owns London's award-winning Niche|Gluten Free Dining, also Libero Special Meals, Bare Food and launching this year Bare Travels. Marc also consults on free from for the travel sector for airlines and food manufacturers.
