About

Craig has vast culinary experience, from Executive Chef within the Accor hotel group to leading Inflight Chef teams for private jet companies in the Middle East.

 As F&B Manager for Etihad Airlines, he established the Onboard Chef training programme for First Class.

Craig designs and structures on-brand menus for airlines, hotels and lounges, supporting catering units in their implementation. He sources product lines for premium F&B establishments and is also a specialist F&B trainer.
