  • WTCE – Tuesday 14th – Thursday 16th June – 09:00 – 17:00 | Hamburg Messe, Halls A1 and A4


Dedicated VIP Desk

WTCE will be taking place in Halls A1 and A4. When arriving at the venue, you will find a dedicated VIP entrance area at the Central Entrance.

VIP Sample Bag

To collect your VIP bag with the most innovative samples from over 20 WTCE exhibitors, present your badge at the WTCE Connect Lounge at any point during the show (subject to availability).

The Airline Club Lounge

All WTCE VIP are able to enjoy The Airline Club Lounge. A space exclusively designed to provide you with a place to escape, relax, work or network away from the show floor. A key destination for you to unwind, sit down, stretch, have your lunch, or have a quiet moment away from the noise and crowds.

Visit the Airline Club Lounge just across the Skywalk in AIX.

WTCE Connect Lounge

Access the Connect Lounge in Hall A4 as your dedicated place for pre-scheduled WTCE Connect meetings and, subject to availability, as a VIP you can also use the lounge as required for ad-hoc meetings, phone calls or work.

VIP Visitor Guide

Collect Your Smart Badge

If you registered before the 5-May, your Smart Badge will be sent by post to the address you provided. 

If you forget your badge or register after this date, you can use the barcode sent via email.  When you arrive at the event in the WTCE registration area you will find how to print your interactive Smart Badge. No need to carry around tons of paper brochures, catalogues, or flyers. Simply use your smart badge to collect information at the exhibitor stands and receive all information by email at the end of each day.

Request your visa

If you are a non-British national or not a citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA) countries, you must be in possession of a valid visa in order to enter Germany and attend WTCE. For more information on where to apply for a visa, please contact your local German embassy or consulate.
