Jen has been working in the hospitality industry for over 25 years with a background working in some of the best restaurants in London, from Michelin star kitchens to research and development for restaurant chains she has honed her skills and knowledge. Moving to working at Rail Gourmet she brought along these skills and her passion for food, building great relationships with suppliers, chefs and colleagues. Her work in research and development, particularly understanding trends and her ability to innovate and problem solve, has meant that she has been a pivotal member of the team in moving rail gourmet and the travel hospitality industry forward.
She has worked projects and contacts, including GWR Pullman, virgin trains east Coast and eurostar. Never settling for just ok but making sure the best products, dining experience and catering facilities are used. Innovative packaging, sustainability and recycling have also been a passion for Jen.
At WTCE jen has been involved in panel discussions, live cooking demos and been on judging panels.
She continues to have a love for the industry and is beginning to branch out to seek new challenges and experiences to add to her vast portfolio of knowledge and skills.
