  • Make the most of your investment at WTCE

    As an exhibitor at WTCE you are investing both money and time so make sure you make the most of this once a year event and promote your company through all the channels available to you.  Below you will see a list of must do items, which will significantly enhance your presence at the show.

  • Complete your company profile

    Make sure you complete your 500 character (with spaces) website entry, which will also be listed in the WTCE App. Add you product images, company video, press releases and brochures to ensure maximum exposure both before and during the exhibition.

    What to do: 
    Amend your profile and company details in the Exhibitor Portal you will be sent your login details with instructions how to set your password when you book your stand.

    You will need the email address and password to login. To check what is showing currently click on your company name in the Exhibitor Directory.

  • Upgrade to a Premium Registration Package

  • Add your Stand Sharers

    If you have another company sharing your stand make sure you've let your WTCE sales representative know, the cost is €365 per sharer.

    - Increased promotion for your sharing companies with their name on the exhibitor list
    - Recognition of the regional brand/supplier will bring more visitors to your stand

    What to do:
    - Add your sharers profile, upload products, video, brochures via the Exhibitor Portal

  • Download the show logo

    Maximise your pre-show promotion by using the show logo to promote your presence at WTCE.

    Use it on your website, on advertising and on your email signatures so customers and prospects know you will be at WTCE 2018.

    - Ensure customers can not fail to know you will be at WTCE 2018

  • Invite your customers - free opportunities

    WTCE offers the following FREE opportunities to invite your customers

    Research has shown that the most successful companies at exhibitions were the ones that took the trouble to invite their prospects and customers before the show. 

    Digital personalised floorplan

    Further promote your presence at the show with an interactive PDF floorplan. The floorplan will show your stand highlighted on the floorplan from here prospective clients can click through to your company profile on the website. Additional tabs across the top will take them to your personalised registration page, visitor information and the show website home page.

    When you order your stand staff badges via the Exhibitor Portal you will be able to download an E-Invitation. Simply upload your logo and the invitation will be created for you to email to your customers and prospects.

  • Let your network know you are exhibiting at WTCE

    Social media has opened opportunities for individuals and companies to communicate and engage easily, instantly and cost-effectively with customers, prospects, industry experts, press and associations to build networks and reach people that may not have been possible before.

    Options are wide but we recommend starting with Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook.

  • Stand out from the crowd with a sponsorship opportunity

    Stand out from your competitors and grab the attention of our visitors. We've got opportunities available prior to the show and at the show, online and in print. There is something for all budgets and objectives - and if you've got your own ideas then simply call the team to discuss them.

  • Get your news in the industry press - FREE PR

    Editorial coverage is usually free
    Increased promotion of your products
    Increase visitor awareness of your products and stand at WTCE

    What to do:
    The WTCE PR team always want to know your latest news and what you will be displaying at the show so that we can highlight it to visitors, absolutely free of charge!.
    Send your press releases to (Storm Communications the WTCE PR team) to include in show articles email for more information.

    Alternatively you can complete a marketing information sheet and email it to Storm Communications with details about the products you will be showcasing at the show.

    Media Centre
    We operate a "Sustainable Press Office" and ask all exhibitors to provide us with their press packs electronically. We will ensure that it is transferred onto memory sticks and given to journalists.
